We also collect limited technical data automatically: your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This data is used solely for security and aggregated analytics.
3. Legal Bases for Processing
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and applicable data protection law, we process your personal data on the following lawful bases:

Contract performance — to process template purchases, deliver downloads, and respond to training enquiries.
Legal obligation — to retain transaction records and comply with regulatory requirements.
Legitimate interests — to improve our website, prevent fraud, and maintain the security of our services, where this does not override your rights.

5. Cookies & Tracking
Our website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device. We use three categories:
Necessary cookies — required for the site to function (session management, security tokens). These are always active and cannot be disabled.
Functional cookies — store your preferences (such as your cookie consent choice) so you don't need to re-select them on each visit.
Analytics cookies — aggregated, anonymised data about how visitors navigate the site, used solely to improve our content and user experience.
You can change your cookie preferences at any time using the button below, or by clicking Cookie Settings in the footer.
6. Third-Party Services

Erasure — request deletion of your data where there is no lawful reason for us to continue processing it.
Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
Lodge a complaint — with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) at ndpc.gov.ng.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at dpo@thelawdigits.com with the subject line "Data Subject Request". We will respond within 2 days.
