Start AI GovernanceWe align your AI systems with Nigeria's emerging AI policy landscape, the NDPA 2023 automated decision-making provisions, and international frameworks including the EU AI Act and UNESCO AI Ethics recommendations.
We classify your AI systems by risk level and design governance controls proportionate to that risk — from transparency disclosures to human oversight mechanisms — aligned with the risk-tiered approach of the EU AI Act.
We produce executive-ready AI governance reports that equip boards and audit committees to make informed decisions about AI adoption, risk appetite, and accountability structures.

Every engagement begins with a free 30-minute discovery call. We then provide a written proposal detailing scope, deliverables, timeline, and fixed-fee pricing. No work begins without a signed proposal.
Project fees are invoiced 70% on signing and 30% on delivery. Retainer fees are invoiced monthly in advance. Payments are due within 14 days of invoice.
All client information is treated with the strictest confidence. We execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with every client before commencing work. All staff are bound by the NDPA.
Standard engagements are delivered within 4–8 weeks. Rush timelines (under 2 weeks) may attract a 25% expedite fee. Agreed timelines are stated in each proposal.
All project engagements include up to two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Further revisions are billed at our standard advisory rate of ₦5,000/hour.
Upon full payment, all bespoke deliverables become the client's property. LawDigits retains the right to use anonymised case studies and retain templates as part of our methodology library.
LawDigits' liability is limited to the value of fees paid for the relevant engagement. We carry professional indemnity insurance and maintain robust quality controls on all deliverables.
All engagements are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall first be subject to good-faith mediation before any formal proceedings are commenced.
Either party may terminate a retainer with 30 days written notice. For project engagements, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable if work has commenced; remaining fees refunded pro-rata.
